Booth Information
A standard 10'x10' booth ($600) includes: pipe/drape, one 8’x30” uncovered table, two chairs, wifi, and access to power (will need to bring own extension cord). If you are interested in renting additional items (tablecloths, carpet, additional tables), please contact the Bismarck Event Center (701)355-1380 or use the Exhibitor Order Form link.
All persons working at the booth must wear a name badge. If additional name badges are needed, refer to the additional exhibitor section of the Exhibitor Registration form. Exhibitors with sponsorship will be given premium booth locations.
Contact Julie Hein (701-258-9249 Ext. 205) with any additional booth needs. We allow one booth per membership, one company per booth. Additional booth space is available for Corporate Elite Sponsors.
Large Equipment Displays
Contact Julie Hein regarding displays/equipment that will not fit in a standard 10'x10' booth. Please do this well in advance to help with the planning process. To ensure access to the venue, we kindly request that you contact us no later than January 3, 2025.

Sponsorship Packages
Increase your exposure, visibility, and recognition by becoming a sponsor of the EXPO! Various levels of sponsorship are available. Sponsors have the option to select events with which they will receive special recognition. Further information is available on the Sponsorship tab.
Shipping Information
Exhibitors have the option to utilize a third party vendor for all freight services. Click here for freight services information.
Demonstrations and Training
Exhibitors are given the opportunity to present training sessions in the classroom and/or demos in the exhibit hall. Additional information is available on the Call for Presentations tab.
Drawings and Prizes
Promotional items and giveaways are allowed at your booth. Please consider providing door prizes for the exhibit hall drawing to be held at 11:30 am on Wednesday. Attach a business card to these items and leave them at the Rural Water booth.
Scholarship Live Auction
A Scholarship Live Auction will be held during the evening social on Wednesday. Please consider donating an item to be a part of the auction. All proceeds directly benefit the scholarship program.

Cancellations and Late Fees
In the unlikely event you should cancel your registration, a $50 administrative fee will be charged if notice of cancellation is received on or before January 3, 2025. No refunds after January 3, 2025.
An additional $50 late fee will be added to registrations received after January 3, 2025.
