Exhibitor Booth Registration and Sponsorship

Payment of the July 2024 - June 2025 membership dues is required to reserve a booth. If your company is already a member, please indicate "Yes" below, select the company name in the drop-down, and complete the exhibitor registration process.

If your company is not a member (payment of the July 2024 – June 2025), membership dues must be paid prior to registering for EXPO.

Booth space is limited, availability is on a first come first serve basis (one booth per membership and one company per booth). Additional booth space is available for Corporate Elite. To help us in our planning, please make sure to submit the registration and payment by January 3, 2025. Contact Julie Hein for additional details.

Booth space ($600) includes all meals, social events and training sessions for TWO people. Please enter the exhibitor name and email address below.

Large Equipment Displays
Contact Julie Hein regarding displays/equipment that will not fit in a standard 10'x10' booth. Please do this well in advance to help with the planning process. To ensure access to the venue, we kindly request that you contact us no later than January 3, 2025.

10'x10' Exhibitor Booth includes: Pipe/drape, (1) uncovered table, 2 chairs, wifi, and access to power (will need to bring own extension cord).

In the unlikely event you should cancel your registration, a $50 administrative fee will be charged if notice of cancellation is received on or before January 3, 2025. No refunds after January 3, 2025. An additional $50 will be added to registrations received after January 3, 2025. Sponsorships are non-refundable. Emails provided will be utilized for NDRW digital communications.
 

A 3% convenience fee will be added to all transactions using a credit card. A pay by check option is also available.
