(Bismarck, ND) -- North Dakota is taking possession of $80 million in EPA funding to support water-infrastructure upgrades across the state.
State officials say funding for the grant comes via the federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, which over the past three years has budgeted nearly $175 million for North Dakota's Drinking Water State Revolving Fund.
The EPA award is added to the $151,000 that had been allocated for the fiscal-year funding.
