Todd Seibel

Todd Seibel joined ND Rural Water as a Workforce Development and Water System Training Specialist in November of 2022. His water treatment experience is in industrial water treatment, potable water treatment and distribution, and he also holds a Journey Lab Technician Credential from the Department of Labor. 

From 2013 until 2022, Todd was employed at Bismarck State College (BSC) as a professor, curriculum coordinator and department chair. While at BSC, he taught 26 different industry courses, gave industry trainings, and developed the BSC Water and Wastewater Treatment Operator Certificate program. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Career and Technical Education, an Associate of Applied Science in Process Plant Technology, and an Associate of Applied Science in Respiratory Therapy. Raised in Harvey, he is a life-long resident of North Dakota.  Todd and his wife, Jennifer, have two grown children and are the proud grandparents of three grandkids.
